Weekend Update

Hello, everyone! Hoping you're all enjoying our first (and beautiful) autumn weekend of 2015??

As for the academic side of things (English 9a/Transitions), please check out the newly updated "important dates" and "weekly schedule" links below and to the right in order to prepare for this upcoming week of work.

Reminders at this point:

**English 9a: Check powerschool and you'll see Latin/Greek roots lesson quiz scores officially recorded. We'll have at least two or three more of these lessons by Nov. 25. WE HAVE A KEY TERMS TEST FIRST THING ON MONDAY! ALL 53 TERMS ARE FAIR GAME! Also, please be ready to share and respond to your "Most Dangerous Game" short story notes from the textbook on Monday as well.

**Transitions: The first thing I will do on Monday is check your daily planner for UPDATED assignment due dates and tests/quizzes for this coming week and beyond. Be ready!

**Eng. 9a: Latin/Greek Roots QUIZ first thing tomorrow in class...53 Key Literary Terms assignment due as well! Please return textbooks to my room first thing in the morning if borrowed.

**Transitions: Academic Planner DUE tomorrow. Have it completed and formatted through the end of October...and in your possession!
