Key Literary Terms:

Ladies and gentlemen, be sure that you are finding English-related definitions for each of the 41 terms for your flashcards. Words like "aside" and "act" can obviously mean different things outside of the English context, but we're interested in "a short speech delivered from an actor to the audience" and "the largest unit of a play" as respective definitions instead.

Also, I understand that drawing pictures for each of these terms might be a bit difficult, but do your best and try to come up with a picture that'll help you remember the term and it's true meaning in the future!

I hope everyone's having a good weekend and enjoying the weather. Soon enough, it'll be cold out! See everyone tomorrow (Monday). Don't hesitate to email me or see me early tomorrow morning for questions/concerns.

1.) The assignment for "The Cask of Amontillado" is due tomorrow (Friday).

2.) The key literary terms flashcards are due on Monday, Sept. 14.

As always, check the "weekly schedule" link to the right for due date details!
